We obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies). You can update your preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner on the site, or by adjusting your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect or process your data:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — tracks site traffic and visitor behavior. Data is processed in the United States. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- MailerLite — used to send newsletters to opted-in subscribers.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We have reviewed them and, where required, entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
This site also contains affiliate links. Clicking these links may allow third-party advertisers to place cookies or collect data per their own policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information. Our affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Where we transfer data outside the EEA (for example, to US-based service providers such as Google), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
Our legal bases for processing include: consent (for newsletters and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (for analytics and site improvement), and contractual necessity (for responding to inquiries).
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its original purpose or as required by law:
- Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Contact form submissions — retained for up to 12 months after your inquiry is resolved
- Analytics data — retained in aggregated/anonymized form per our analytics provider’s settings (typically 14 months for Google Analytics)
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
